Soles Walking 4 Souls is committed to combatting the fentanyl crisis by empowering nonprofit organizations that raise awareness and provide education about the dangers of fentanyl. Through our new grant program, we aim to fund impactful initiatives led by 501(c)(3) organizations across the state of Texas. We will have opportunities in other states in the future.
About the Grant
The Soles Walking 4 Souls grant is designed to provide financial support to nonprofits actively working to:
- Educate communities about the dangers of fentanyl.
- Prevent fentanyl poisoning through outreach and education.
- Support families and individuals affected by the fentanyl crisis.
- Advocate for policies and practices to reduce fentanyl-related deaths.
Grants will be awarded to organizations demonstrating innovative and impactful approaches to raising awareness and driving change.
Grant Details
- Grant Amount: From $500 to $2,500 per recipient.
- Grant Term: 12 months.
- Number of Grants Available: “Varies by funding availability”.
- Eligible Expenses: Program development, outreach materials, event coordination, travel expenses or other fentanyl awareness-related activities.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, applicants must:
- Be a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in good standing.
- Have a primary focus on fentanyl awareness, education, or related advocacy.
- Submit a clear and measurable proposal for using grant funds.
- Demonstrate financial accountability and sustainability.
- Agree to provide a report detailing the impact of grant funding.
