About Soles Walking 4 Souls

🕊️ Our Mission

At Soles Walking 4 Souls, our mission is to honor lives lost to fentanyl poisoning and prevent further tragedy through awareness, education, and community empowerment.

Our annual Fentanyl Awareness Walk brings families, advocates, and community leaders together to remember those we’ve lost, support one another, and shine a light on the dangers of illicit fentanyl.

We are committed to educating youth through school outreach initiatives that promote prevention and informed choices. In support of those on the front lines, our grant program provides funding to grassroots organizations leading efforts in fentanyl awareness.

We also believe in nurturing the futures of those affected. Our scholarship program offers support to students who have lost a parent or guardian to fentanyl poisoning—helping them move forward with hope and purpose.

Soles Walking 4 Souls is installing Naloxone Distribution Boxes throughout the community in honor and memory of those lost to fentanyl poisoning. These boxes provide free access to naloxone (Narcan), a lifesaving medication that can reverse the effects of an opioid overdose. Each box stands as a tribute to the lives we’ve lost and serves as a powerful reminder that awareness, education, and access to resources can save lives and prevent further tragedies.

Through every step we take, we walk for awareness, healing, and change.

👣 About Our Walk

The Soles Walking 4 Souls Fentanyl Awareness Walk is a heartfelt community event created to honor the lives lost to fentanyl poisoning, support grieving families, and raise awareness about the growing threat of illicit fentanyl in our communities. Founded by bereaved mothers who turned their pain into purpose, this walk is a powerful tribute to the souls we’ve lost and a call to action for change.

đź’¬ Why We Walk

Every step we take is for a soul gone too soon. Fentanyl is now the leading cause of death for Americans ages 18-45. These aren’t just statistics—they are sons, daughters, siblings, friends, and parents.

This epidemic does not discriminate, and neither do we. Our walk brings together people from all backgrounds to say enough is enough. Through education, remembrance, and community action, we aim to stop the silent killer that is fentanyl.
